Which devices do you accept for recycling?
Computers, laptops, servers, network equipment, monitors, printers, cables and peripherals. We do not accept loose batteries or rechargeable batteries, including replacement batteries from UPS systems; batteries built into a device are no problem.
Is pickup free of charge?
Yes, pickup is free in Berlin and Brandenburg, and available nationwide on request. A device list or a few photos help us estimate in advance and plan the right vehicle – but they are not required.
What proof do I receive?
A disposal certificate showing the client, the date, the devices taken over with their quantity, and confirmation of proper disposal and material recycling under ElektroG and KrWG. Physically destroyed data carriers are listed on it separately.
Do you accept devices from private individuals?
No. We work exclusively for businesses, public authorities and institutions.
