In short: We collect retired IT from businesses, public authorities and institutions in Potsdam and throughout Brandenburg free of charge – from single laptops to complete server rooms. Drives are erased with certified software or destroyed according to DIN 66399, valuable devices are bought, and the rest is recycled properly.

How pickup works
- You send us a short request – a device list or a few photos help us plan, but are not required.
- We agree on a date with you and collect free of charge, whether in Potsdam, Cottbus, Brandenburg an der Havel, Frankfurt (Oder) or anywhere else in Brandenburg.
- At handover we count the devices and record them on a pickup receipt; you keep a copy.
- The devices are inspected and assessed at our technical centre in Berlin; the drives are erased with certified software or destroyed.
- You receive the erasure certificates, our disposal certificate and, for valuable devices, a buyback offer.
What we do not accept
We do not accept loose batteries and accumulators, including spare batteries from UPS systems; batteries built into a device are not a problem. We work exclusively for businesses, public authorities and institutions, not for private individuals.
